Once you have decided to book Sunset Park, a non-refundable deposit and signed contract is required to reserve your date.

If you decide to cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded, nor will it be transferable towards any bookings in the future. 

All rentals include:

15 rectangle tables

50 foldable chairs 

2 restrooms

8 outdoor picnic tables 

30 ft custom outdoor bar 

Firepit

Indoor hall 

Private fenced in yard 

Onsite parking 

You have access to the property once your rental time begins. If you would like to come in prior to your event time, you will need to add on additional hours for set up and take down. 

We do allow inflatables and other rentals, however we do require insurance.
